PAMELA ANDREWS, LCSW

Pamela is a passionate mental health professional dedicated to transforming the lives of children, adolescents, and families. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Pamela’s vision for Jubilee Psychotherapy is rooted in a deep commitment to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to children, adolescents and families who have experienced trauma. ​

​Pamela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with the focus on children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma. Her academic journey also includes a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including nonprofits, hospitals, private practices, and city organizations.

Pamela’s expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye-Movement Desensitization, Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is particularly skilled in helping children and adolescents navigate the complexities of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Her approach is centered on building strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for growth and healing.​

In addition to her clinical work, Pamela is a sought-after speaker and educator. She regularly conducts workshops and seminars for parents, educators, and communities on topics related to child development, effective parenting strategies, and mental health awareness. Her dedication to community education reflects her belief that informed and engaged families are key to successful mental health outcomes. Due to her dedication to her work, Pamela also founded a non profit organization Seeds To Flowers, Inc that empowers girls in low income communities through education, personal development and leadership.

Under Pamela’s leadership, Jubilee Psychotherapy aims to provide a holistic and client-centered approach to mental health care. Her vision is to create a space where every child and family feels supported, understood, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential.
When she’s not working, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, or enjoying a bowl of delicious popcorn. ​
I offer therapy online via video. I am available most weekdays and evenings.

I am in-network with various insurance, but I can also provide
a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, we're happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
